Rosée is a wash out moisture RICH conditioner and serves as the 2nd step after shampooing your hair. Rosée is concetrated conditioner so its imperative to wet your hair effectively in order to activate the conditioning properties of Rosée and to reduce product waste (wet hair = less product used)
